Help Me Grow Program
The Help Me Grow Program provides free health and developmental services to expectant mothers, newborns, infants and toddlers in order to promote physical and mental health for children. All expectant mothers and children under the age of three and their families are eligible to receive the services and benefits of the program.
Help Me Grow services
- Home visits with a registered nurse to discuss your infant’s health, immunizations, nutrition and development
- Family support groups
- Community resources and services
- Free developmental screenings for your baby
- Answers to questions about your child’s well-being
