Help Me Grow Home Visiting provides free health and developmental services to expectant mothers, newborns, infants and toddlers in order to promote physical and mental health for children. All expectant mothers and children under the age of three and their families may be eligible to receive the services and benefits of the program.

  • Community resources and services
  • Free developmental screenings for your baby
  • Answers to questions about your child’s well-being



Part C services are federally-funded home visits available to children under the age of three who have been identified as having a medically diagnosed disability or developmental delay. Families are provided with service coordination for early intervention services, developmental screenings, evaluations, links to community resources and family support, ongoing assessments, child development education and transition services.
