2016-2019 Clark County Community Health Assessment

The Clark County community has been working on a Community Health Assessment, which involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying priority areas of concern and formulating a Community Health Improvement Plan for implementation and evaluation.

Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS)

The Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) is a survey that monitors health risk behaviors that contribute to the leading causes of death and disability among youth.  Topics include behaviors that contribute to unintentional injuries and violence, sexual behaviors, alcohol and drug use, tobacco use, dietary behaviors, physical activity, and the prevalence of obesity and asthma.
