then you may want to try Registration Form B.
Registration Form A requires Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader Version 7 or higher.
You can fill in the data information, print it out and bring it with you. Registration Form B
is for Acrobat Reader versions before 7. You cannot fill in the data. You will need to fill it out
by hand and bring it with you. | ||
