Help Me Grow

What is Help Me Grow?

  • A program for expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers that provides health and developmental services so children start school ready to learn.
  • Services are provided at no charge to families. You decide which services you want, where you want them and when.

Who is eligible?

  • Pregnant women
  • Newborns, infants and toddlers under the age of three and their families

Help Me Grow Offers…

  • Links to community resources and services
  • Screenings for developmental delays provided to families at no charge
  • Home Visiting:
    • A visit with you and your newborn provided by a registered nurse
    • Ongoing visits for support and information about your infant or toddler’s immunization, nutrition, and development
  • Ongoing needs:
    • Answers to questions about your infant or toddler’s health and well-being
    • Family support groups and parent-to-parent links
