Healthy Mommy Healthy Baby Program

Healthy Mommy Healthy Baby is a free home visiting program that provides a variety of services for expectant mothers and their families. Community Health Workers understand your concerns and will guide you through every stage of pregnancy and after your child is born.

A Community Health Worker can offer a variety of services, which include:
  • Free pregnancy testing
  • Referral to health care providers, for both mom and baby
  • Prenatal education
  • Transportation assistance
  • Information about drugs, alcohol and smoking during pregnancy
  • Provide support to mother
  • Referral for childbirth classes, parenting classes and toddler classes
  • Family planning education
  • And much more!
