- Owner Occupants of up to 3 units, household income must be less than 80% of area median
- Terms: Interest rate @ 5%, up to $3,000, over 5 years

HOME Loan Program, HOME funded
- Comprehensive repair program that can include lead items
- Owner Occupants only of single-family residences, household income must be less than 80% of area median
- Terms: Interest Rate 0-5%, up tp $20,000, over 10 years

Addresses only identified Lead Base Paint hazards for either owner occupants of
single family residences or investors of property with no more than three units in a structure

Occupants of structure must have a household income of less than 80% of area median

Terms: Up to maximum of $8,000 per unit. Interest rate, 0% over
a 1 or 3 year period dependent on type of property, with monthly
payments that are deferred. At the end of the deferred period if
the applicant is in compliance, the loan provided can be
forgiven.

funded
- Addresses either windows and siding or both, that may have been identified as having lead
- Owner occupied program, must be a single-family residence
- Seasonal program, usually offered in the Spring
- Household income must be less than 80% of area median
- Terms: 3% interest rate over ten years, with a $15,000 maximum loan amount
