Teen Driving ThinkFast Interactive
Springfield, Ohio- The Clark County Combined Health District’s Safe Communities Coalition and State Farm are sponsoring a Teen Driving ThinkFast Interactive presentation at Greenon High School on Tuesday, January 28th.
ThinkFast Interactive is a fast-paced, educational and cutting-edge program focused on messages of prevention, responsibility and awareness surrounding teen driving safety. It covers topics like distracted driving, aggressive driving and Ohio driving laws. The experienced team of hosts guide participants through the program so that everyone engages with the information. They create a unique experience that participants will always remember.
In 2019, young drivers in Clark County accounted for 925, or nearly 40% of total motor vehicle crashes. Of those, 114 of the drivers were unbelted at the time of the crash. Forty-nine of those crashes were due to distracted driving. With those statistics in mind the Safe Communities Coalition has offered ThinkFast Interactives to several schools in Clark County, with the intention of offering additional dates in the future.
Join the Safe Communities Coalition in collaboration with State Farm for a great photo opportunity with local high school students learning about prevention, responsibility and awareness regarding safe driving.
