- Community Education: Formal and informal presentations are available regarding any of the
nursing or health services programs, contact us to discuss what may be helpful for you or your group.
- Safety and Health Awareness Programs:
- Tobacco Education: Prevention and awareness
- Tuberculosis: TB screening, preventative treatment, case management and education at no charge.
- Immunization Services: Available to every child and adult, regardless of income.
- Lactation Services: Available to all mothers with newborns.
- Lice Program: A collaborative program with the Clark County Department of Job and Family Services to assist families with chronic lice problems.
- Sexually Transmitted Disease: Clinics are available for treatment. Sliding fee scale (no one denied service based on ability to pay).
- HIV Testing and Counseling: Anonymous and confidential testing at no charge.
- School Health: Screening at the health department or on site for hearing, vision, and scoliosis.
- BCMH: Information, referral, and case management for children with special medical needs.
- Sudden Infant Death Syndrome: Available to all that request.
- Walk-In Clinic: Nursing consultation for health concerns. Blood pressure, blood sugar, head checks, and education.
- Dental Services: Coming soon!
- Medical Reserve Corp: For medical personnel that want to volunteer for future needs.
